Saesha Kini

Assistant Professor

Saesha Kini is presently an Associate Professor with the Department of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (DLHS) under the Bengaluru Campus of 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). Prior to this, she worked primarily in research capacities at Center for Development Management and Communication (CDMC) & Center for Media and Entertainment Studies (CMES) at MICA, Ahmedabad, and the School of Communication at FLAME University, Pune. Saesha is on the verge of completing her 4-year Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at MICA, Ahmedabad. Her thesis topic conceptually explores the phenomena of fat body acceptance through body positivity, plus-size, etc. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management - Communication (PGDM-C) from FLAME University. Her articles are published on websites including Scroll.in and Gaysi. She is also a Sahapedia-UNESCO research fellow. Saesha has worked on and participated in several media communication and inter/trans-disciplinary academic and industry publications, research reports, international conferences, panel discussions, etc.
