The literature club of MAHE Bengaluru hosted an event called “Shakespeare O’ Shakespeare.”
The event was conducted for DLHS students. It was a dramatization event which required the students to prepare a monologue for 3-5 minutes from Shakespeare’s plays Macbeth and Julius Caesar.
The students dramatized various scenes from the play as individuals or in groups of 2 and more. The MA English students dramatized scenes from Macbeth while BA English students dramatized scenes from Julius Caesar.
The 1st Semester MA English Language and Literature and BA English Honours expressed their interpretation of the play through dramatization.
