Dr. B.R.Santosh, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Commerce, MAHE BLR. An academician with over 20 years of teaching experience, he holds a PhD from Anna University in 沙巴体育 Human Resource Management. He teaches HR & Finance related courses. He is also involved in curriculum planning and design and the development of teaching-learning strategies. He has authored three textbooks in the area of human resource management, and his research articles have found their place in prominent international and national level journals. He is on the editorial board of several prestigious international journals. Presently his research is directed towards Capacity building and Performance management, Work-life balance, Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Emotional intelligence & Transformational leadership.
