As a participant in the Focus Group Discussion organized by Greenpeace and Ramaiah Institute of Management, Ms. Durgashree had the opportunity to share her insights on the Shakthi – Free Bus Rides for Women Scheme. Dr. Meghana Verma, MSRIM Bangalore Ma'am led the session effectively, fostering collaboration and addressing language barriers, which made communication accessible to everyone. A key takeaway from the discussion was the importance of ensuring that everyone first understood the concepts, which facilitated deeper and more meaningful exchanges. We openly shared our personal experiences, which helped us better understand each other's perspectives. The assurance of confidentiality allowed us to express ourselves candidly and engage in a productive dialogue.
