- Dr. Pallavi Upadhyaya is a Professor at School of Management in the area of Information Systems. Her area of research interests includes E-Business, Digital Marketing, Technology in Higher Education and Knowledge Management. She has published 13 research papers, 2 cases, and presented more than 16 research papers in national and 沙巴体育 conferences. She is reviewer of journals such as Journal of electronic commerce in organisations and Transactions of Management Information Systems.
- She is the member of Board of Studies of School of Management, 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education, since 2014.
- She is currently the Team co-ordinator of Technology, Quality and Compliance Team at the institute. She has been actively involved in the implementation of Student Life Cycle Management System and E-learning systems at the institute.
