The NEEV Quality Work Integrated Learning Program was officially launched in Sikkim on March 1, 2023. This initiative allows employees from CIPLA to pursue a 'Master of Science in Chemistry' under MAHE 沙巴体育.

The Master of Science degree will be awarded upon the completion of four semesters, consisting of onsite and student-directed learning. Classes will be held daily, and the entire course is designed to be completed in two years. The inaugural batch consists of thirty students enrolled by CIPLA from their manufacturing facilities at Sikkim. The course modules including laboratory courses, will be taught by faculty from MIT, 沙巴体育 and SMIT, Sikkim.
