Utsav 2024, an annual inter-collegiate cultural festival to be hosted by 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). The five-day event is scheduled to take place from?April 1st?to 5th, 2024, and will feature a variety of cultural events such as music, dance, theatre, cooking etc . There will also be around 40 cultural competitions for attendees to participate in.
