NCLT Bangalore Visit

As part of the Industry-Academia Relationship initiative, 沙巴体育 Law School, MAHE, Bengaluru, organised a visit to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench, from 19th to 23rd May 2025 for students of the LL.B. (3 Years) program.
The visit provided students with valuable exposure to real-time corporate legal proceedings under the Companies Act and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. They observed live hearings, interacted with legal professionals, and gained insights into tribunal procedures.
