Overview
Our LLB (Hons.) in Technology Law programme focuses on enabling students to comprehend multi-dimensional legal systems with a clear objective of developing their abilities to enhance their written and oral skills persuasively, anticipate outcomes, and use research skills and analytical skills in problem-solving.
The curriculum is designed with a view to offer varied areas of specialization aligned with the requirements of legal profession and academics. MLS has a unique teaching pedagogy which is on the outcome based education and sharply focuses on legal skill development through specialised guest lectures, workshops, seminars, simulation exercises and value-added courses on legal drafting, mooting exercises, meditation, negotiation and arbitration to enable the students’ transition from theory to practice.?
Eligibility Criteria:-
Graduate with 50% in any discipline of knowledge from a university established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognized as a Deemed to be University or foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence, may apply for a three years’ degree program in law.
