Constitution Day Celebration – Essay Writing Competition

沙巴体育 Law School, Bengaluru, is hosting an Essay Writing Competition in honour of National Constitution Day, celebrated on 26 November 2025.

The theme of the competition is “Freedom of Speech and Expression in the Digital Age.” The theme aims to emphasise the importance of safeguarding constitutional freedoms in our communication as it evolves and rallies in increasingly complex digital spaces.

Submissions (2000–2500 words) are open to all (individual participation) and must be submitted by 22 January 2026. The submissions must be sent to mls.maheblr@manipal.edu as a Word/ PDF doc. The file name should be Essay_Constitution Day_Full Name of the Author (e.g. Essay_Constitution Day_Jane Doe), and the subject line must be Essay Competition _ Freedom of Speech and Expression in the Digital Age.

Attractive cash prizes of ?10,000, ?7,500, and ?5,000 will be awarded to the top three entries.
