?Overall Championship in Management Fest?

Twenty-Three Students of I MBA of 沙巴体育 Institute of Management, MAHE participated in the management fest organized at SDM College of Business Management, Mangalore and SDM Law College, Mangalore from 10-12 March 2020. The team won the Overall Championship at the SDM Law College fest. All the teams from MIM qualified for the finals at both the fests. Below are the details of the events the team from MIM won.

In the?SHRESTHA 2020?event conducted by SDM College of Business Management, Flexon Joseph Fernandes won the Best Manager Event. Nitin Sudhakar Shetty & Joshua D’Souza secured the first place in the Finance Event, Vinod Mestha & Dhanya Prabhu secured second place in the Marketing event.

In the?SCINTILLATE 2020?event which was organized by SDM Law College, Mr Flexon Joseph Fernandes won the Best Manager Event, Saurabh Salian & Dr Deepika Paraskar?won first place in the business plan event. Vinod Mestha & Shivani Ravi were declared as the winners in the star entrepreneurs event. Nitin Sudhakar Shetty & Joshua D’Souza secured the first place in the Negotiators event and Apoorva Alva & Niriksha R Prasad won the Brand Ambassadors event.

Institute of Management, Mangalore on February 19 &20, 2020.?Twelve students from the First Year MBA participated in the event. Ms.Richa Kaushik, MBA-Global Business student attended the four days Red Brick Summit 2019 at IIM Ahmedabad. During the summit, she interacted with eminent personalities like Gaurav Ajmera(COO OYO India), Syed Nadeem Jafri (Founder & CEO hearty Mart), Dr Hasmuk Andia(Non-Executive Chairman- Bank of Baroda, former Finance and revenue secretary Gov. of India and the Man behind GST), Sachin Bansal (founder of Flipkart) and many more. During her stay, she visited the incubation centre at IIM and interacted with budding start-ups and learned real-time lessons of entrepreneurship. #LearnASkill Award Distribution Ceremony

沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education in coordination with 沙巴体育 Global Education, Bangalore had organized a #LearnASkill campaign for students during summer vacation. This campaign aimed to inspire the students to embrace a culture of lifelong learning. Students were encouraged to complete the courses offered by world-class academic powerhouses and industries and build their credentials by earning globally recognized certification from Coursera.
Mr. Nishanth Aravindan, Mr. Ashrith N Raj and Ms. Swathi Sreeshan from MIM were recognized for completing the maximum number of courses in an award distribution ceremony at MAHE on October 17, 2018. Mr. Nishanth Aravindan emerged as a topper in the entire University by completing 100 courses. Winners received prizes such as Amazon Kindle, Amazon Echo Dot and Fitness Bands.

The movie was about the two strangers meeting at an identical place, talks about the concepts like women empowerment, relationships, rural development, and depression and ending up with an unusual incident.
The movie had two characters, played by Ms. Swechha Shetty and Mr. Shanthanu Shetty. Mr. Poojith Vamsi was ably assisted by Mr. Ian Menezes, Mr. Sharath Poojary and Mr. Abhishek.?
