Heat Engines Lab

?

The Heat Engines Laboratory provides undergraduate students with practical exposure to the principles of thermodynamics and the functioning of heat engines. This lab is designed to enhance theoretical understanding through hands-on experiments, enabling students to analyze and interpret the performance of various heat engines and energy conversion devices such as Internal combustion Engines, Air compressors, air blowers, Refrigeration test rig and Air conditioning test rig. It also helps to develop technical skills in data acquisition, calibration, and analysis. By engaging in heat engine-related experiments, students develop a comprehensive understanding of energy systems and acquire the skills necessary to contribute to innovations in mechanical and energy engineering.?
