沙巴体育 Law School, in collaboration with NXP Semiconductors, CSA Bangalore Chapter, FDPPI and BSPIN, organised a 2 day event to celebrate data privacy day with industry professionals.?

The first event was organised on January 27, 2024 at the Hotel Lalit Ashok in Bengaluru, where around 150 industry professionals gathered and discussed the complexities of implementing privacy, along with solutions for the same. The key note address was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Avinash Dadhich, Director, 沙巴体育 Law School, MAHE Bengaluru Off-campus, and there were several panel discussions around topics such as integrating consent management in data governance, privacy challenges in cloud computing, and IoT and data privacy.?

On January 28, 2024, the event was hosted at the office of NXP Seminconductor, in Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. Around 100 industry professionals joined to celebrate the data and contribute to the development of this field. With the key note address discussing the privacy challenges in the age of Artificial Intelligence, panels around the the topics of privacy enhancing technologies, privacy in semiconductors and data breach management were the highlights of the event.?

The events were indeed a grand success, marking the need for awareness related to the privacy rights of individuals and contributing to the development of personal data protection in India.?
