To meet industry members and understand their current problems and ideas for the regulation of AI and privacy in India, we organised a policy summit – Dr. TMA Pai Policy Summit on AI and Privacy, 2024.?

Bengaluru Policy Summit on February 24, 2024 - This was the final one day Summit which was attended by 500+ students, industry professionals, researchers, and academicians. The Summit was in the form of extensive panels and Q&As on the following themes: (i) Screenplay AI: Rewriting the Future of Media and Entertainment in India; (ii) AI Governance: Steering the Future of Employment and Corporate Leadership; (iii) Fintech Frontiers: Navigating AI's Impact on India's Financial Ecosystem, and (iv) Justice Automated: Revolutionizing Enforcement and Justice in India. Our Chief Guest was Sri Chetan Sharma, Additional Solicitor General of India, Delhi High Court and our guests of honour were Mr. Keith Sonderling, Commissioner, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Miss Ayisha Piotti, Director of AI Policy, Center for Law & Economics (ETH Zurich). We had 20+ industry professionals from organisations such as participate Khaitan & Co., IndusLaw, Cloud Security Alliance Bangalore Chapter, FDPPI, The Dialogue, and Gaggar & Partners as panelists members.??
