Overview
Physician Assistant programme of MCHP, MAHE, trains the students in a medical model to practice medicine as part of the healthcare team. The programme qualifies the candidates to conduct physical examinations, treat illnesses, order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies, counsel on healthcare issues and to assist in surgeries.

Focus of the Course
The PA programme involves both didactic lectures and clinical training focusing on the basic medical sciences, and medical and surgical disciplines including medicine, ENT, paediatrics, emergency medicine, orthopaedics, cardiac sciences, neuro-sciences, endocrinology, oncology and general surgery.
