Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Mangalore, in collaboration with 沙巴体育 College of Dental Sciences (MCODS) Mangalore, KMC-Hospitals at Attavar and Ambedkar circle, and Durga Sanjeevani 沙巴体育 Hospital (DSMH) Kateel, organized a felicitation ceremony for the meritorious children of their employees. The event was held on 6th July 2024, at the Marena Sports Complex, Attavar, Mangalore.
Captain Brijesh Chowta, Member of Parliament, D.K. Mangalore, graced the event as the Chief Guest. He highlighted the importance of education and the significant contributions of the students and their supportive families.

The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by Dr. B. Unnikrishnan, Dean of KMC Mangalore. Dr. Dilip G. Naik, Pro Vice Chancellor of MAHE Mangalore Campus, addressed the gathering.
The highlight of the event was the felicitation of the meritorious students by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries. The students were honored for their exceptional academic performance in Class X and XII exams, showcasing their dedication and hard work.
The ceremony included success sharing by Mr. Errol Mario Lobo, a meritorious student, and Dr. Sheetal Dinkar Ullal, a proud parent, providing motivational insights. Previously felicitated meritorious children, including Ishaan Rayna, Dr. Shishir M Upadya, and Ms. Rose Bastian, shared their inspirational messages, encouraging the current awardees to strive for excellence.
