Dr. Dilip G Naik, Dean, MCODS, Mangalore graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Sixty Six delegates attended the program from the Departments of Paedodontics of MCODS, Mangalore and neighboring dental colleges including 沙巴体育 College of Dental Sciences, 沙巴体育, AB Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Yenepoya Dental College, AJ Institute of Dental Sciences, Srinivas Dental College, Private practitioners as well as alumini. Dr. Anupama Nayak was the MC for the program. Dr. Suprabha BS welcomed the audience and introduced them to the CPD program. Dr.Arathi Rao, Dr. Ashwin Rao introduced the speakers. Dr. Karuna YM rendered the vote of thanks.

The resource persons conducted various sessions titled ‘Orthodontic treatment in mixed dentition: an overview’, ‘The Myobrace system: an Overview’ ‘Diagnosis is the key to appliance selection’ ‘Case presentations’. The audience actively participated in an extensive Q&A session with Dr. Ashwin Rao as the moderator.? The event, which focused on the importance of early diagnosis of orthodontic problems and case selection, was well appreciated by all the delegates.
