which provided an insightful journey into the realm of scientific publication which aimed to elucidate the fundamental concepts and workflow of research, contemporary developments in technical aspects of publication, and how to conduct and publish the research in very ethical way. Various principles to be followed when we conduct research, some of the tools and publication houses and journals, their rules to be followed and tips for selection of topics, conducting ?research and? publishing the work ?in good globally acclaimed journals, importance of citation index were explained in detail.It was an interactive session with the PG students and faculty, where their queries were answered.

CONCLUSION: This program concluded with enthusiasm and encouraging response of faculty ?and Postgraduates ?to bring out good research and publication in more efficient, effective way. It also stressed on ?conduct research and publish scientific literature in responsible and ethical way. Participants showed enthusiasm to gain knowledge and to bring out more scientific papers.
