ITC Yuva Campus Challenge

School Of Management witnessed a unique student engagement activity conducted by ITC’s Trade Marketing and Distribution (TM&D) division on 18th August 2016. The objective of the Yuva Challenge was to test the students’ knowledge of marketing concepts, selling skills, creativity and application of their learning on ground, in the Market. ITC Yuva challenge was divided into two sessions, Yuva Launch session and Yuva Challenge activity. The launch session was an orientation session; the students were guided and educated regarding the Career in sales in the FMCG sector with ITC. In Challenge activity, students were briefed about the same wherein they had to divide themselves into team of four. Each team was provided with ITC products to be sold within a span of 4 hrs. The event saw 18 teams participating and trying to make maximum sales by selling their products in 沙巴体育 and Udupi region. Top 16 teams were selected to submit on approach taken, observations and learnings. The chosen top teams (on basis of their performance in the activity and presentation shared) get to present to the ITC Senior Management Panel on Campus.?
