Hospitality 201 Training” – Batch III conducted at WGSHA for the employees of ITC Infotech - IT professionals supporting the hospitality domain

January 20-21, 2025: Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), a constituent unit of MAHE, 沙巴体育, in collaboration with ITC Infotech, a subsidiary of ITC Ltd., organized on-site “Hospitality 201 Training” – Batch III as part of a consultancy project. The training was held on January 20–21, 2025, at WGSHA’s premises and will be followed by three days of online sessions.

This comprehensive course was exclusively designed to equip IT professionals working in the hospitality domain with specialized knowledge and skills essential for excelling in the dynamic and evolving hospitality industry. The training provided an in-depth understanding of a guest's journey through various stages of the guest cycle.

As the third batch of this consultancy initiative, the sessions were tailored to include a mix of theoretical learning and hands-on practice, focusing on critical aspects of Front Office operations. Participants also visited the annexed hotel, Fortune Valley View, to gain practical exposure. They explored in-room facilities and observed Front Desk operations, benefiting from the insights shared by the hotel’s managers and staff.

The participants thoroughly enjoyed the interactive sessions, which combined learning inputs with real-world applications, enhancing their expertise in hospitality operations.
