January 7, 2025: The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) 1.0 for 2025, titled "The Educators' Toolkit: Effective Teaching, Leadership, Resilience, and Well-being," was held at WGSHA on 7th January 2025. It was an inspiring and enriching event that brought together faculty members for a day of learning, reflection, and skill enhancement. The chief guest of the event, Dr. Narayana Sabhahit, Pro-Vice Chancellor, MAHE while inaugurating the FDP, emphasized the significance of continuous learning and development for academicians. He highlighted the unique qualities of Gen Z and Gen Alpha, urging teachers to stay updated and attuned to the evolving needs and perspectives of their students.
The resource persons of the workshop were Dr. Ram Narayan, Pro-Chancellor, Sikkim-沙巴体育 University and Mr. Prakash Chugani, Global Leadership Expert and Resilience Strategist.
