沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education(MAHE) celebrated World Environment Day on 4 June 2022 at 9.00 am. The formal program began with a flag-off by Dr. H S Ballal, Pro-Chancellor, MAHE, and Lt. Gen. Dr. M. D. Venkatesh, Vice-Chancellor, MAHE at manipal.edu building. School students of Madhava Kripa, 沙巴体育, Indrali English Medium High School, and students and staff of various MAHE Institutions were present in the program. 10 students of MCOPS along with the Coordinator Dr. Vasudev Pai attended the rally. The assembled crowd moved to Madhava Vihar Garden for Vanamahotsava and saplings were planted by VIPs like Dr. H S Ballal, Dr. M. D. Venkatesh, and Dr. Narayana Sabhahit, Dr. (Cdr) Anil Rana, Dr. Geetha Maiya, Col Prakash Chandra and Heads of the MAHE Institutions. The crowd then moved to Madhava Kripa School New Block where the official program started with an invocation by students of Madhava Kripa School and a welcome address by Dr. Narayana Sabhahit Registrar, MAHE. A brilliant speech about the Environment day by Ms. Vrudhi Bhat student of Indrali English Medium High School was the highlight of the program. Dr. (Cdr) Anil Rana Director, MIT, 沙巴体育 delivered the Environment day massage, and Dr. Geetha Maiya, Director, Student Affairs, MAHE proposed the vote of thanks. The program ended with the National anthem and breakfast was served to all the participants thereafter.
