A guest lecture was organized by the Career Guidance Cell, 沙巴体育 College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore as part of Academic Curricular Exchange-III (ACE-III) on 1^st August 2025. A total of ?97 participants participated in the program, which included Interns and III year BDS students from MCODS, Mangalore. The event was held in lecture hall 3, light house hill.

The formal meeting commenced on 1^st August at 10.30am. Dr. Nandita K P, Professor and Head, Department of Oral Pathology, MCODS, Mangalore welcomed all the participants to the program who is a Convenor of Career Guidance Cell. Then addressing the audience was done by the Chief guest of the program ?Dr Ashita Uppoor, Dean MCODS, Mangalore.Dr Nandita Sujir, Associate Professor, Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology introduced the Resource persons and Dr Shreya Hegde, Associate Professor, Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics delivered the vote of thanks.

?????????? The Guest speakers for the event, Dr. Anahita Deo and Dr Kaviya Shree who shared their valuable insights on the topic “Career Beyond Clinics: Navigating Corporate Healthcare Jobs”. The Q&A session was held at the end of the lecture. Overall, good feedback was obtained from the participants and the program was well appreciated by one and all.
