A three-day workshop on cortico basal implantology was conducted by Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the 6^th to the 8^th of August 2025. This was conducted as an Industry Academia Collaboration between 沙巴体育 Implant Master Academy, Fix Kortex and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of MCODS, Mangalore. The resource people were from 沙巴体育 Implant Master Academy and the Cortical Implant company Fix Kortex. ?Prof. Dr. Sachin Dev, Dr. Ashish Sethi, Dr. Priyank Mittal, Dr Shahul Hameed, Dr Shivakumar S. A. and Dr. Ajit Cherian had come in for the workshop as resource persons from various parts of the country viz, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Ganga Nagar, Chitradurga, Bangalore and Mangalore

????????????? Day 1 of the workshop involved lectures on the scientific principles and rationale of corticobasal implantology, its strategic locations and armamentarium for its placement. It was followed by implant placement by the participants on models.

????????????? Day 2 involvement placement of the corticobasal implants on patients by the participants assisted by the mentors. Two full-mouth rehabilitation cases were started with the resource people providing practical and clinical insights into the placement of the implants. The implants were placed and along with rigid splinting.

????????????? Day 3 involved lectures on various impression techniques, which was followed by impression taking in the patients and their try-ins. The patient cases were also discussed with the participants. The workshop ended with a valedictory ceremony and certificate presentation by Dean Dr Ashita Uppoor and Associate Dean Dr Junaid Ahmed
