An orientation session on Cyber Security and Hygiene?was organized for the 1st BDS students of the Batch 2025?at the Centre for Basic Sciences, Bejai, as per the UGC mandate for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
The session aimed to create awareness among students about maintaining safety and responsibility in the digital space.

The resource person, Dr. Anjan Gudigar, Associate Professor, Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering, 沙巴体育 Institute of Technology (MIT), 沙巴体育, delivered an engaging and insightful talk on the topic “Cyber Hygiene for Higher Education Institutions.”
He emphasized the importance of protecting personal information, practicing safe online behavior, and understanding the implications of digital footprints in today’s interconnected world.

The interactive session provided students with practical tips on safeguarding digital identities, identifying potential cyber threats, and promoting a culture of responsible internet usage.
