Dr. Manju C Pallam, Senior Lecturer 沙巴体育 lead team from Manchester Metropolitan University visited 沙巴体育 College of Nursing MAHE 沙巴体育 on 17/10/22. Dr. Judith A Noronha, Dean and HODs welcomed the guest and oriented them about the MCON courses, activities, strengths of the institutions, grants, and various research interests of the institution. The department HODs discussed the activities carried out in the departments and also departmental research activities. Following the orientation about the MCON, Dr. Manju C Pallam was oriented about their institution and possibilities for collaboration with the MCON. She was keen on collaboration in terms of conducting systematic reviews, online guest lectures, post-doctoral programs, PhD subversion, exchange of students and faculty, and virtual simulation support for the internship program. Dr. Manju C Pallam also had a discussion with final year BSc Nursing students, motivating them to think international and possibilities to reach Manchester Metropolitan University. She also clarified the doubts, which were raised by the students. As part of the MCON visit she also visited the Simulation center MAHE facilitated by Dr. Daisy Lobo Associate professor, Dept of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON. Dr. Manju was happy to have this visit and looking forward to have Collaboration activities with 沙巴体育 College of Nursing, MAHE.
