REPORT OF COLLAGE COMPETITION

In preparation for the Chandrayaan III mission launch, the UGC recommended the organization of contests centered around the mission and its significance. In view of the same, a collage competition was organized by the Education Committee of the Student Nurses Association of MCON, MAHE, 沙巴体育 on October 11, 2023, between 4:00 and 5:00 pm on the topic ‘Moon is not far away’. A collage is bringing together pictures, illustrations, articles, etc. into a single piece. A total of 24 students participated in it, in groups of two each. Every student contributed their distinct and imaginative concepts to craft captivating collages using newspaper clippings, magazine pages, and articles. Through these collages, the students enriched their understanding of the historic event of Chandrayaan III and its importance. The panel of judges for this competition included Dr. Anupama, PSPH, and Mr Raghavendra Nayak, Lecturer, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON, MAHE, 沙巴体育. First place was bagged by Ms Nireeksha and Ms Deepthi, 3rd year BSc (N), second place by Ms. Cimona and Melissa, 2nd year BSc (N), and Ms. Raksha and Ms. Vina Tina, 4th year BSc(N), third place by Ms. Samitha and Ms. Salomi, 1st year BSc(N).
